Membership can be canceled, paused/skipped at any time.

Luckspiders membership can be canceled or paused at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the Hello Luckspiders customer portal or by emailing support@luckspiders.com and we will cancel your subscription.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can request an exchange or refund through buryspace.com. Please send your request to support@luckspiders.com within 14 days of the shipping date.
